It is not every day, that Hawaii pops up in my Inbox.  This was exciting – a couple from somewhere different.  I love the experience of working with different cultures, so was delighted when Gwyn & Arryl, a beautiful Hawaiin couple, confirmed me as their wedding planner.

They were so relaxed from start to finish and great fun to work with.  Whilst they wanted to WOW guests with Positano, it was important this was done in a relaxed, informal environment – true to their culture.

They celebrated their ceremony on the terrace of Villa Guisy, a fabulous well positioned villa, in the heart of Positano with stunning views to match.  After the ceremony and a photo session in town, Gwyn & Arryl joined their guests at La Tagliata for their wedding reception dinner.

La Tagliata is one of the best restaurants in Positano – serving homemade food with ingredients fresh from their gardens.  The views of Positano below are unparalleled. The food is served family style and there are plenty of dishes to try.  With a few terraces to choose from, it was possible to have complete privacy and enjoy their wedding celebrations.  Of course…they were the last ones to leave that night!
